Personal Care & Daily Living
We can provide support with everyday personal care and daily routines.
This may include:
Showering and bathing
Dressing and grooming
Toileting and continence support

Mobility and transfers
Getting ready for the day

We provide support in a way that respects your privacy, dignity and choices.
Assistance with Daily Activities
Our support workers can assist you with everyday activities in your home and help you develop and maintain your independence.
Support may include:
Household routines
Meal preparation
Laundry
Cleaning
Organising your day
Developing daily living skills
Assistance with appointments
Support to complete everyday tasks
We encourage participants to be involved as much as possible and to build confidence in doing things for themselves.
Community Access & Participation
Being part of your community can make a big difference to confidence, independence and wellbeing.
We can support you to:
Go shopping
Attend appointments
Visit friends and family
Attend community activities
Participate in hobbies
Go to sporting activities
Attend social events
Explore your local community
Try new activities
Develop social confidence
Your support is based around the things you want to do.
Social & Community Participation
We can provide one-to-one support to help you participate in activities that are meaningful to you.
This might include going for a coffee, visiting a favourite place, attending an activity or simply getting out into the community.
Our support workers take the time to understand your interests and provide encouragement while respecting your choices.
Transport & Travel Support
We can provide support with transport and travel for approved NDIS activities.
This may include:
Medical and health appointments
Allied health appointments
Shopping
Community activities
Social activities
Employment-related activities
Education and training
Recreational activities
Visiting family and friends
Where appropriate, our team can provide one-to-one support during the activity as well as transport.
High Intensity Supports
For participants who have more complex support needs, we can provide appropriately trained support within our registered service scope.
Depending on individual requirements, supports may include assistance with:
Complex personal care
Continence-related support
Complex health-related routines
High intensity daily personal activities
Other approved supports within our scope
All high intensity supports are delivered in accordance with the participant's support plan, relevant requirements and worker training.
Supported Independent Living
Where appropriate and within our current service arrangements, we can provide support for people living in supported accommodation.
Support may include:
Personal care
Daily living assistance
Meal preparation
Household routines
Community participation
Medication-related support
Building independence
Developing daily living skills
Support with individual goals
Our focus is on helping people have as much choice, control and independence in their home as possible.
Respite & Short-Term Support
We can provide support that gives participants and their families or carers a break.
Respite support may include:

Support is planned around the participant's needs and approved funding.
Support Coordination & Working With Your Team
We understand that NDIS supports can involve many different people and services.

Other service providers
Our goal is to communicate effectively and make sure the participant remains at the centre of their support.
Allied Health & Specialist Support
We can work alongside external allied health and specialist professionals where these services are required.
This may include:
Occupational therapists

Behaviour practitioners
Dietitians
Exercise physiologists
Nurses
Other specialist professionals
Where services are provided by another organisation, we can work collaboratively with that provider to support consistency of care.
