Inclusion Management was established in 2019 and became a registered provider in 2020. Annette Campbell started the service with the goal of creating a platform for people with disabilities to have a voice and choose supports tailored to their individual needs.
The organisation's focus on empowering individuals with disabilities to make decisions about their own care is vital for fostering independence and dignity. By ensuring that participants and consumers are informed about who will be supporting them, Inclusion Management builds trust and provides a more personalised experience. The alignment of support workers, mentors, coordinators, and management in their shared mission significantly enhances the quality of services offered. The emphasis on overcoming disadvantages and barriers plays a key role in promoting social and economic growth within the community.
