About Us

Inclusion Management is an NDIS registered provider of disability supports and services. At Inclusion Management we pride ourselves on providing services that are personal, client focused and high quality.

We follow the national disability standards to ensure an exceptional level of service delivery. We believe in the importance of tailoring services to meet your needs, promoting your choice and fostering your independence.

Inclusion Management is registered to provide Core Supports (Assistance with daily life; Assistance with social & community participation; Cleaning; Gardening); CB Support Coordination (Level 2 Support coordination; Level 3 Specialist support coordination) and CB: Find a job keep a job (SLES).

Whilst our main office is in Christies Beach, our mobile workforce can provide services across most of metropolitan Adelaide.

Support Services

Support services are services funded in the Core category of your plan’s budget and are services designed to support you in all areas of daily life. Inclusion Management are registered to provide services to support you in your home (Assistance with daily life) and in the community (Assistance with social & community participation).

We also offer quality gardening and cleaning services to our participants. Our support workers are all highly trained and experienced and we prioritise matching individuals to workers, ensuring you are supported by someone you are comfortable with, with similar interests and who in driven by You and YOUR needs.

Support Coordination

Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to – understand and use your NDIS plan; connect you with services and supports and build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. At Inclusion Management we are registered to offer Level 2 Support Coordination and Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination.

Our experienced and dedicated Support Coordination team are committed to helping each individual to ensure you are getting maximum value from the supports in your plan.

SLES

School leaver employment supports (SLES) is a capacity building support helping participants move
from school to work and is available in the final years of school and directly after leaving school.

Our SLES staff specialise in helping young people prepare, look for and gain employment. They provide meaningful, individualised activities so you can achieve your employment goals.

We aim to create a tailored skill development program to support you to achieve your employment goals including working on: employment goal setting; supporting job ready skill building, helping to create a resume and linking you up with work experience opportunities.

Inclusion-Management-NDIS-SIL-Adelaide

SIL

Supported independent living (SIL) is a National Disability Insurance Scheme support. With SIL, NDIS participants or people with disabilities live alone or in a shared house. Inclusion Management can provide 24/7 care depending on the level of support required.

Inclusion Management will provide help and /or supervision of daily tasks to help you live independently as possible, while building your skills. SIL happens in your home-usually in a home you share with other NDIS participants.

Our staff are qualified in the disability sector and have all the clearances required to work under the NDIS rules. We are a registered provider and get audited regarding our provided supports.
