About Us
Supporting people to live life their way
At Inclusion Management, we believe everyone deserves to feel respected, valued, heard and included.
We are a local South Australian organisation providing disability and aged care services, supporting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
Our focus is simple — providing quality, reliable and person-centred support that helps people maintain their independence, stay connected and enjoy everyday life.
Our approach
We understand that everyone is different.
The support we provide is shaped around the individual — their needs, preferences, routines, goals and the things that are important to them.
Whether we are supporting someone with disability or an older person receiving aged care services, we take the time to listen and understand what matters to them.
We believe good support is about more than completing a task. It is about building trust, creating meaningful relationships and helping people feel confident, safe and included.
Supporting people at home
Home is important.
Our services are designed to help people remain living in their own homes and communities for as long as possible, with the right support around them.
We can assist with everyday activities, personal care, getting out into the community, maintaining independence and connecting with the people and places that matter.
Our team works alongside individuals, families, carers and other professionals to provide support that is practical, respectful and responsive.
Disability & Aged Care
Inclusion Management provides services across both disability and aged care.
Our experience in supporting people with disability has shaped our approach to aged care — with a strong focus on dignity, choice, independence and individual needs.
We understand that receiving support should not mean giving up control over your life.
Our goal is to work alongside each person, providing the assistance they need while supporting them to remain as independent as possible.
